Winners will be randomly chosen during normal business hours between contest dates once a month and randomly the months thereafter. Winner agrees to provide pictures for promotional purposes. Available prizes, approximate retail value and odds of winning vary depending on concert chosen and number of entrants.  Winners will be notified using the information received on entry form and have 48 hours before forfeiting the prize. All validly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

GIVEAWAY: On September 2 and October 1, Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood will give away two pairs of concert tickets, totaling four pairs of concert tickets (PRIZE). No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

ENTRIES: The Entry Period begins August 25, 2021 at 11:00 am MST and ends, September 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm MST. 

Participants may enter on social media or at the dealership website here: https://www.lhmvw.com/promotions/enter-to-win-tickets.htm. One submission per participant, duplicate entries will not be valid. All entries entered by September 3^rd at 11:59 pm will be considered for the August drawing. All entries entered by September 30^th at 11:59 pm will be considered for the September drawing. Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood shall not bear responsibility or liability for illegible or late entries.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. No payment, proof of purchase, or entry fee required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase chances of winning. 

WINNING ENTRANT: Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood will select two August (2) winners by random selection on September 3^rd, 2021 by 9:00 pm MST.  Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood will select two September (2) winners by random selection on October 1^st, 2021 by 9:00 pm MST.  Winner will be contacted by email, text or phone. Winning entrant has 24 hours to respond to Larry H. Miller Volkswagon Lakewood. If Winner does not make contact with the dealerships, they will forefeit the prize. This process will continue until someone has claimed the PRIZE. 

The PRIZE must be collected by the winning entrant in person within 3 days of contact Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood, located at 8303 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80214. Winner is responsible for travel to and from the dealership.

PRIZE: During Each Drawing Period, two (2) separate winners will win one (1) pair of concert tickets each Each one (1) winner will receive two (2) total concert tickets. The two (2) winners will receive four (4) total tickets. The shows will be determined by the dealership. Concert tickets have no cash value. Concert tickets may not be substituted for other concerts. Concert tickets may not be substituted for cash. In the event of a concert cancellation, the event host will communicate rescheduling details. Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood is not responsible for any cancelled events, regardless of reason. Winning Entrant must provide valid identification to claim the PRIZE.

TAXES AND CHARGES: Winning Entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal, or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, shipping and handling charges, and all other charges associated with taking possession of the PRIZE.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees and the families of employees of Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood and Larry H. Miller affiliated company are ineligible for participation. Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after September 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm MST are not eligible to participate or to win. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. ENTRANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER, A COLORADO RESIDENT, AND HAVE A VALID U.S. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID. ODDS: Odds of being selected depend on the number of valid Entries on the website and social media.
