Our salesman, Tyler is the sole reason for this 5 star rating. He listened to my questions and concerns as a first time EV buyer, and explained the answers in such a manor that I understood. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before I drove away. He also took the time in the days after to answer questions regarding charging my vehicle, the computer set up etc.
The experience went so well I sent my other into Larry H. Miller and to Tyler where he also leased a new ID4. You can't get any better than that!!

the issue in the 2022 tiguan was address promptly by service team , Ben did a great job listening and coordinating, i bet the maintenance crew are amazing as well, i have couple take aways that i would like to share with you,
having an engine failure is concerning, this is a less that 25K miles and less than 3 years vehicle with failures similar to a jeep or regular car brand, and maybe this could be driven by having 1st service at 10K miles... you could save maintenance costs from warranty if you reduce to a more realistic time. still.. the service was great and quick, i am really crossing fingers to not have any other issue in the near future (at least in the next 25K miles), Tiguan its being such a great vehicle for me and my family, but unsure to keep this car longer...
