We worked with Kat again and she was able to walk through the issues we were having with our vehicle and make recommendations. She communicated clearly, was exceptionally kind and got our vehicle in for service quickly. We've always enjoyed working with her, as she is extremely trustworthy.

In person, the Team at Larry H Miller is "dynomite". But the link they sent me to track the progress of my vehicle's service was a joke. I brought my car in at 9am and it did not roll into the shop till 3:30pm. The work took just an hour! I could have used the car to run errands...if I had known it was going to sit idle on the lot.
