Lack of communication and care for the customer. The automated system does not update to tell me where my car is in the process and I received no phone calls to tell me when my car would be ready, I called at least twice and wasn't able to get through to anyone. I finally received a text telling me my car was ready and that I had to be there by 5:30, I made it with two minutes to spare, a stressful experience.
