I've been to 2 other VW service shops but this one I routinely go to because the overall team is personable, answers any questions I may have, and do a good job on my car. The waiting area is comfortable and I have spent entire days there and been fine. There's a Wendy's next door if you want some lunch, and Walmart is like a 15min walk if you want to hit up a legit supermarket. The reps also update you in timely manners for anything extra that needs repairing. The other 2 VW shops I've been to are fine, but this one is much more comfortable with a great team.
