    In working to rotate tires, the locking lug nut was cross threaded and the mechanic was unable to remove. After trying different techniques it was determined that the wheel would be destroyed. The service manager checked and the cross threading was done by Larry Miller the last time I had it in. He covered the cost of the new wheel and all labor. This is why I continue to come back to Larry Miller for maintenance work. Honesty!
