Everything was fine until it was time to pick up our car. I had let our tech know we needed the car back before the window parts came in. I was told we could pick it up by 5pm. I did not understand that meant before 5pm. The tech stopped responding, and no one answered the phone at the service center. I called the sales line, not realizing until then that the sales office was open until 7pm, not the service dept. A very nice salesperson was able to locate our car, but not the key, and informed me we could not get the car until Monday. This proved to be a huge inconvenience to my family and I, and I wish communication was better so we could have had the car located in a spot we could have picked it up Saturday night. We still have not received any notification that the parts we ordered have arrived. Needless to say I am a little disappointed with the lack of communication and updates. There is also a watermark stain on the moonroof cover that was not there when we dropped the vehicle off.

Tyler and Sydney were professional and friendly. They answered all the questions I had and explained the paperwork and process well. I would have liked to see more of the exact options I had for vehicle colors, features etc up front, but eventually they found a vehicle that I loved and had all the features I wanted.

Came in for a for a safety recall just a simple infotainment system update and left with my (ggrsnap) VW Atlas being 100% taken care of!! She had her shoes rotated/ oil change and new filter and other items complete service… Eduardo Curiel for sure took great care of my baby! This is my ONE and one VW spot. Hands down they care about the service they give, they take pride in the what they do. Thank guys!!

Our salesman, Tyler is the sole reason for this 5 star rating. He listened to my questions and concerns as a first time EV buyer, and explained the answers in such a manor that I understood. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before I drove away. He also took the time in the days after to answer questions regarding charging my vehicle, the computer set up etc. The experience went so well I sent my other into Larry H. Miller and to Tyler where he also leased a new ID4. You can't get any better than that!!
