I recently bought a used VW from a non-Volkswagen dealership. There were a few unexpected problems with a vehicle with only 15k miles on it. I called Larry H in a panic and Eddie took care of me immediately and even made sure my vehicle was fixed Saturday morning. I was stressed and probably not the nicest when I initially spoke to Eddie. It didn’t phase him and he still was able to get me car in sooner than expected.
