In person, the Team at Larry H Miller is "dynomite". But the link they sent me to track the progress of my vehicle's service was a joke. I brought my car in at 9am and it did not roll into the shop till 3:30pm. The work took just an hour! I could have used the car to run errands...if I had known it was going to sit idle on the lot.

Katarina was very pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to check me in. She explained relevant policies to me at check in and at check out which made me confident in the decisions I had to make for servicing my vehicle. She even took it a step further to show me where to shop for tires if I wanted to and explained the price matching policy. I thought this was exceptional to be transparent.
