we loved working with dillon, he was extremely helpful and made the leasing process easy. on the other hand, the person in the finance department was extremely pushy in trying to sell us additional coverage plans. his attitude really rubbed us the wrong way and we left feeling very frustrated. he seemed to be unhappy with us that we declined purchasing additional coverage and he ultimately ruined what should have been a very exciting day for us.
