I would give a 5 star if it had not been for the time it took. I did a lease purchase on my Tiguan. The inspection for the added insurance was not complete at that time. I was call the next day and asked to bring it back in for this inspection. I was told by sales rep it would only be 30 minutes. Ended up being 2.5 hours. I have no issues with the Service. My disappointment was the Sales Rep who did not keep me informed of why, or have curtesy to check on me, nor could I find him. Another Sales Rep took care of it and got me out of there asap.

Service depth. communicated well regarding what needed to be done. Car was ready in about 3 hours. Seemed a little pricy, but then it's the first thing I've been charged for on this car, so can't complain. Love the car.
