Tyler took very good care of me. He worked to get me a good lease deal. This is the second car I purchased from Larry Miller with Tyler, and the fourth car from this dealership, so you must be doing something right.

Ability to get in for service easily is very important. I have had Toyotas and Hyundais and their service departments are terrible. I told my salesman David that VW should advertise that in their sales department because it is so important to owners. Sal is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was able to come in without an appointment to get an oil change and 40k service. The texting system that tells me what needs to be done to my car is very helpful. It allows me to make decisions on what extra services I might need and if I can wait or do them at the time.

Kat was great at getting my car fixed when it wasn't in the system. Sales somehow didn't get my repair of the module for the GPS so when I arrived I wasn't in the system. It took longer that expected but she made sure that it was done!
