    I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday, December 28th for service (computer update and new starter). I picked up my vehicle from John on Thursday, January 2nd with the repairs completed. The following morning, I went to start my vehicle and it would not start. I attempted to jump the battery but it was determined that it was not the battery because power was going to the vehicle. I called the service department and spoke to Eddie who referred me to a towing service that the service department uses. I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership that morning (Friday, January 3). I did not receive a call that my vehicle had been received. I called the dealership around 5pm to get an update. I was transferred 3 times to different people, one who said that no tows had been received that day which was very concerning. Eventually someone was able to confirm that my car was there, but they had not had time to look at it. I called again on Saturday, January 4 around 2pm to get a status on the vehicle and was told they still had not looked at it and would get back to me before closing. I did not receive a call back for the reminder of the day. I am a teacher and the reason I had my car serviced during this time is because I was on winter break and was able to be without a car. Now, I am expected back to work tomorrow and the reminder of the week and have no idea when I will have my car back or what is wrong with it. I also asked for a loaner car twice during this time and was told that the fleet was gone for maintenance. I have had great service from Larry Miller up to this point, and have been a loyal customer for about 10 years, this is my 3rd lease with you. I am very disappointed in how this experience has been handled, and I expect that I will not be charged for the towing back after my car was supposed to be in working order. I would also appreciate timely communication as to when I can expect to receive my car back. I understand this is a busy time for dealerships due to the holidays and I was being patient, but now I am dissatisfied and frustrated. Thank you, Colleen Meyers
