It was quick and the oil change was well done. I got the fall special which said it included a tire rotation and fluid top off and that never happened or at least it wasn’t communicated to me that it happened. I also got a video saying I needed an alignment but I didn’t see the text in time to approve getting it done so the technicians just did the oil change and no one asked me if I wanted the alignment completed.
