I always have a 5 star experience with the service team. I frequently work with Sal for regular maintenance and he is fantastic!

Shy was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I used to be a loyal McDonald VW customer, but when they wouldn’t budge off their $5,000 “market adjustment”, I came here. Glad I did

If Larry Miller VW was trying to discourage me from coming for more service or business, it has worked. The service I received from Larry Miller VW was not 5 star, and raised questions for me. I made an appointment several days in advance for a Friday, 1pm appointment. I listed my issues in the online interface. The issues were: a stuck tailgate latch, updates, recalls, and a problem with my charger. When I arrived, I was greeted but told my rep was away from the desk. No one had read the issues I listed in my online appointment. I relayed all my concerns that I had listed online to the proxy rep. My car was not looked at until Tuesday afternoon!!! This is 3 service business days after my appointment for warranty service!!! I believe the diagnosis took less than 15 minutes to complete. I understand the service department is open on Monday - Saturday, so my car waited 4 days to be looked at. Why did I make an appointment? I live 50 miles away in Gilpin County. It is not convenient to bring my car in. I was informed that the the parts for the tailgate would need to be ordered and would take until the following Wednesday (11 days after my appointment) to arrive. I called to complain on the Wednesday following my Friday appointment. On Friday, I received a text from the service manager that the part was being ordered locally and would be done that afternoon. On Saturday morning, I asked for an update. At 3pm on Saturday afternoon I was told my car was done and I could pick it up by 4:45pm at the latest. I picked up my car on Monday at noon. No one had volunteered to charge my car from 18% charge. The over the air update I asked to be done while my car was at the dealer was also not completed. I don’t have Verizon service at my home so I can’t update at my home, I explained this to my proxy rep. I am pleased that now, after leaving my car for more than a week, my tailgate opens and closes. What an ordeal. Should I expect to leave my car for a week after making an appointment for software upgrades and recalls that you weren’t able to perform at this visit?

My salesman Suc was amazing looking at other dealerships to get what I wanted. Thanks again Suc and the whole LHM team.

Alexander was very easy to work with! I have been told to avoid the dealership & use a broker due to the ease in both finding & buying a car. In my experience this was JUST as easy or even easier than working with a broker as I have done in the past. Thanks VW!!
