    It was an easy and relatively quick purchase process. The salesperson was even willing to bring the car to me once it was detailed rather than having me wait. No complaints.

    It’s easy to find a convenient appointment time through the online scheduling, and often I am able to take advantage of a coupon or sale. The waiting area has a variety of seating options for working while I wait. The technicians are super friendly, respectful, and do a great job of staying on schedule in my experience. John (or maybe Jon) on 1/30 was great to work with, and gave me a heads up on the tire treads so I wasn’t caught off guard when they wear out.

    My service advisor tried to charge me for a complimentary oil change!! My vehicle is a 24' with 7k miles on it. Since I picked up my car, I've had issues with the infotainment system. Don't know if this is a coincidence or cause and effect. I called the service advisor and he said "while I'd like to charge you to look at the problem, why don't you do a infotainment reset and see if that fixes the issue". Aparently the service advisor is unaware know how warranties work and of the complimentary maintenace for new vehicles.

    LHM Team members are friendly and know their work. Drop-off was quick and they kept in good contact with me as to the condition of the car. I have not had any contact with the Sales Department because I leased this vehicle from another VW Dealership. However, I am wondering if I have to return to that other Dealership at the termination of my lease?
