Appt scheduling was perfect and easy. I asked about a quote for my taillight though and never received it. Sal was very professional and helpful too! It's good to have him back! I also really appreciate the fact that you guys do a lift credit now rather than just a one-way lift trip because if you're only getting a ride to somewhere how are you supposed to get it back to the dealership? lol. So, it's nice that you can actually give the customer a to and from option. I was told my car would be done in the morning but the car was not done until the afternoon so I had a hard time getting there with work and I called to ask if they would stay open 5 minutes later and was told no but they could give the keys to the sales department. When I showed up it looks like there was a customer still in the service room so that was a little annoying and then I wasn't shown where my car was so I had to set the alarm off to kind of figure out how I was going to find it and then I did not know how I was going to get out of the dealership so I squeezed through a vehicle and a wall. I really do think you guys offer amazing customer service I just thought that was a little weird.

Tyler took very good care of me. He worked to get me a good lease deal. This is the second car I purchased from Larry Miller with Tyler, and the fourth car from this dealership, so you must be doing something right.

Ability to get in for service easily is very important. I have had Toyotas and Hyundais and their service departments are terrible. I told my salesman David that VW should advertise that in their sales department because it is so important to owners. Sal is very knowledgeable and helpful.
