    I brought my Atlas in for an oil change and to have the third row seat latch fixed. Concern #1 - I got a video message that said your oil has been changed, tires rotated, and fluids topped off. I didn't authorize the tires to be rotated. When I asked the service case manager about this he said oh they just say that, your tires weren't rotated. I asked him to confirm this and if they were rotated to put them back. I get my tires rotated at Discount Tire. Later I spoke with a different service case manager (the original one had to step out). She said, yes they did rotate your tires. She assured me they would be rotated back. I'm frustrated that 1- service was done that wasn't authorized 2- I was lied to about whether or not this service was completed 3 - told they send the same video out to everyone. So how do I know if the oil was even done? Concern #2 - I was told the latch was fixed. However it's not completely fixed. The seat does move up and down (like it should) but the safety button that gets depressed to ensure the seat is latched properly (when in upright position) does not engage. The seat is not working properly. The elastic piece that holds the backing over in place is missing and we found sheered off bolts and other pieces of hardware from the fix.

    The service team was informative and helpful. They updated the ID4 quickly and even washed the vehicle. It was an excellent service experience!

    My Sales consultant Mr. Brad was good, but seems wait time was too much for finance person and after purchase also need to do multiple follow ups to cancel lease end protection.

    Easy to schedule. Kind reception. Credits for Uber so that I could go grab food and get some other things done while my vehicle was being serviced.
