    I would've given them 5 stars but still charged me for the oil change when the missed the 45 minute window by 7 minutes. 4 stars because this was the first time I've gotten an oil change in under an hour. Usually it's 2 to 2.5 hours.

    I hate VW as a brand, but Kat, and the rest of the service team did an amazing job taking care of me.
