I scheduled a time to get a replacement door handle on my ID4 due to the recall. I scheduled it far ahead, and then left my car for 6 days. During those 6 days, you ordered the part but didn't install it. I'm not even sure why you need my car to order a part. Why didn't you order the part when I scheduled service so you could install it while you have it? I think it's crazy that I left the car that long and didn't even get the work done. Separately, and less importantly, the front desk people are always doing stuff on their computer and unwilling to talk to people when I walk in. I can't recall a business of any type where the front desk people are so slow to do anything with customers.

Usually I always go to Sal Sierra who has always done a great job for me. Sal must've been at lunch so I had John help me out. He also showed a lot of knowledge about VW and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I encountered that was not 100% was the fact that I had to wait for several days before I could get the software update (recall) installed in my ID.4. Certainly wasn't The dealer's fault.
