    My appointment was at 2:00. I wasn't sure where to go because the last time I came in there was some major construction so I did not recognize the building. I checked in, and waited, and waited and waited. I saw a car that looked like mine and did not realize while I was sitting, so was my finished car. I for some reason I was having trouble tracking the repair, so I wasn't sure how far a long it was. I sent a text at 4:20 pm and got an immediate reply that my car was ready. While I was waiting for tht 2 hours and twenty minutes, so came up to me, so told me that my care may need additional services, and no physical or text updates. Then I was presented with a laundry list of things that needed to be completed on my care totaling about 2, 000 dollars. The experience before this time was great, so that is why I came back because it is a choice for me. I only live 3 minutes away from Emich Vw. So this experience was not a good one for me. So I have an appointment today at 2:45, to get some of the items done. I hope it goes better!! Kim

    I received a barrage of ‘recall’ emails but there was no indication of how long the process would take. Also, there was no loaner cars available. We don’t live nearby and have two kids that we had to change childcare to accommodate the service. We were told the service would take an entire day which we prepared for at our own expense. To our surprise, the car was finished in the middle of the day but we had already changed plans which made it impossible to get the car that day. Overall, I’m relieved the recall was resolved but I would likely go somewhere else the next time there’s an issue.
