I have had every service on my 2019 performed at LHM. I think you have always provided great service and have always thought of you 1st when needs arise. This time was ok but a couple things were off a bit. I was not notified when the service was completed and noticed the vehicle in the lot. It was not washed as I had asked for. So that took a little extra. The service advisor was new so probably where the issues arose. Nothing serious and I will be back for the next service.

Everything went well for the most part. The service members were helpful, and I appreciated the Uber rides back and forth. However, the car's status was never updated and I wasn't notified when it was ready. I was keeping an eye on the status page and it said that it was in the "Inspection" stage for hours. About 4 hours after I dropped it off (while still showing it being in the "Inspection" stage), I decided to call and ask about the status, and I was informed that it was ready. So, 1) the online status updates are not accurate, and 2) I wasn't called when it was ready.
