Everything was a wonderful experience! Professional and courteous willing to listen, and helpful. Waiting area is comfortable including a custom drink machine and snacks were a nice touch for customer experience.

Jon Kazimer was amazing, he help me and made the experience plaisant. He help me get an Uber to take me home and bring me back to pick up my vehicle. I even told him that I truly appreciate his service. This ID.4 is my 4th VW and the experience has always been great with the dealership.

I have had every service on my 2019 performed at LHM. I think you have always provided great service and have always thought of you 1st when needs arise. This time was ok but a couple things were off a bit. I was not notified when the service was completed and noticed the vehicle in the lot. It was not washed as I had asked for. So that took a little extra. The service advisor was new so probably where the issues arose. Nothing serious and I will be back for the next service.
