A fair price and competent/quick service. I wasn't needlessly upsold anything and no doomsday surprise service was suggested "your car needs (insert outrageous cost) service or it will fall apart." It was pleasant and straightforward. Can't ask for much more.

Brought car in for recall work. Asked them to look at my brakes too because there is a noise when the car operates from cold that sounds like water rushing into the engine/hood area. They proceeded to tell me that this is a known issue and that I needed to have my brakes and rotors replaced. My car has less than 25k miles, this is just insane. They said there was warping on the rotors and that it must be the way I drive the vehicle. My family has multiple vehicles and this is the only car with this issue. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they did not recommend the replacement of my brakes or rotors, both were under normal wear and did not need to be replaced.
