I have good customer service from Eddie, he helped me understand the services my car needed and provided me with a loan when they said the parts for my car were going to take longer he was always very nice, respectful, and did pray with the communication.

As always,I continue to receive excellent 5 star service. I mean it from my heart when I say Larry Miller Volkswagen is like family to me. My son just purchased his first vehicle from LMV and I told him they will treat you like family and he totally agreed. The front desk staff was helpful (this time), but I was really disappointed with the service department. This was my first oil change for my leased car, which has fewer than 10,000 miles on it, and they recommended three separate repairs. First, they suggested replacing the air filter for $60. I declined and decided to check it myself. When I brought it to AutoZone, they told me the filter was still in great shape and didn’t need replacing anytime soon. They also recommended an alignment, which didn’t make sense to me since my car drives perfectly straight with no issues. I’m not sure why that would be necessary. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the service department here, and unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern. Because of experiences like this, I won’t be leasing from them again in the future.
