Overall I had a good experience. The service department was timely getting my vehicle in for diagnostic and completing the repairs. However. I only gave 4 stars because I felt like the labor charge for my repair was a bit excessive and unsure of the reasoning for the miscellaneous $46 charge after taking time to review the bill. I attempted to contact the service advisor for further justification and clarification on the charges, but was unable to reach anyone after multiple attempts via text, calls, and voicemails over a few days…
