Jon was fantastic. Very kind, thorough, gave advice and didn't make me feel pressured for additional services. He explained why additional services were being suggested and told me when I should come back in to recheck my tires as I didn't want to buy new tires that day. I didn't get a slimy salesman vibe whatsoever--just someone who genuinely wanted to help me make decisions and prioritize to keep my car in top condition.

I was very pleased with my experience. Jon Kazimer was kind, resourceful, and helpful for all my questions and concerns. He was kind enough to help me replace the battery in my key fob, which I tried doing but apparently bought the wrong battery. Jon was very helpful and appreciate his time and attention to my inquiries.
