Technicians & Lube Technicians
Primary Duties:
-Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
-Perform all repairs utilizing appropriate tools, procedures and operations.
-Disassemble and assess any supplemental needs, labor, parts, and communicate with Shop Foreman or Assistant Service Manager.
-Perform quality repairs at all times and notify management of any substandard processes, parts or procedures.
-Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any issue which may cause a repair delay to a vehicle.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.
-Operate with integrity.
-Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
-Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
-Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.

Job Qualifications:
-Previous automotive technician experience REQUIRED
-Must provide own tools
-High school diploma or the equivalent recommended but not required.
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
-ASE certification, local state safety inspection and emissions license preferred.
-General mechanical skills.
-Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
 
Physical Requirements:
-Work performed in shop setting.
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
-Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.
-Required to lift up to a minimum of 100 lbs.
-Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls.
-Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch.

Description
The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and follow-up.

Service Department Lot Attendant
Primary Responsibilities:
-The Service Department Lot Attendant is expected to, financial and moral well being of the dealership;
-Exceed customer expectations with courteous communications while maintaining efficient traffic flow to ensure timely processes;
-Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful; improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
Reports to: Service Manager/Drive Manager

Primary Duties:
-Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
-Pick up and/or deliver vehicles as required.
-Check-in vehicles noting vin number, mileage, license, fuel level and assess for damage.
-Ensure a fresh lot through rotation of vehicles while securing and locking vehicles prior to close of business.
-Ensure the shop and service center lot is clean.
-Effectively communicate with technicians and management to ensure the operation is appropriately cleaned, organized and safe.
-Ensure all vehicles are secured and locked prior to close of business.
-Act as a backup person for the Dealership Shuttle Driver.
-Perform all job duties requested by management.
-Operate with integrity.
-Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
-Set an example of outstanding attendance, positive attitude, professionalism, including orderly and safe work environment.
-Communicate customer complaints to appropriate management.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent recommended but not required.
Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
Minimum of 18 years old.
Basic communication skills - ability to read and write.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.

-Required to have an annual fitness for duty evaluation by employer's medical provider.
-Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
-Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
