The Volkswagen Beetle has been a favorite for decades, and that hasn't changed with the latest 2015 Beetle model. A few weeks ago, however, some special Beetles appeared at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Lakewood, which generated a fervor that far surpassed any regular VW Bug.

They are normal Beetles in all the ways that matter, from fuel efficiency, to comfort, to style. But the fact that they happened to be bright pink made the vehicles very far from ordinary. Immediately after the pink Beetles arrived, people began excitedly contacting us via social media, and stopping by our dealership after noticing it while driving by.

What is it about a pink Volkswagen Beetle that makes people so excited? The opportunity to drive a truly unique vehicle? A Barbie dream come to life? While it's probably a different reason for everyone, the outcome is the same: a desire to drive down one of the most unique cars around.

Inspired by the excitement over the initial pink Beetles, we decided to it would be fun to take it to the next level. We quickly prepared another, only this time chose a turbocharged Beetle as the canvas. As part of the Beetle "R-Line," this latest pinkie comes with a panoramic power sunroof, Bluetooth, premium sound system, and much more. There are few cars more powerful, and definitely none prettier, on the road.
