Hi there!
I just wanted to give a big shout out to your entire team at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Lakewood, CO. This past Saturday I was having an awful day. I was trying to prepare for a trip to Colorado Springs to visit my family for Easter. For whatever reason, I just could not get in sync with the rest of the world.
Everything was taking a lot longer than normal, if it could have gone wrong, it did, I was under pressure from my family to get into town as soon as possible, and to top it all off, when I was filling up for gas, I noticed by back tire was a little flat. "Great" I thought. "I'll just add this to the list of everything else that went wrong today!"
I wasn't sure if there was something in my tire or not, and I really didn't feel comfortable driving to Colorado Springs on a tire that may or may not be punctured. So I called your dealership and advised them of my dilemma. The gentleman I spoke to, I believe his name was Ryan, told me "absolutely we can fit you in today. Bring the car down and we'll take a look at it for you."
AWESOME! When I arrived, every person I ran into, from the service department to the sales floor, was helpful and friendly. The service department was able to, in just a few minutes, determine that I did, in fact, have a nail in my tire and that it would be a "quick, easy fix". And let me tell you, that's exactly what it was. 20 minutes later, the service manager popped his head in the door and let me know my car was ready.
I walked up to the counter, pulling my wallet out, "how much do I owe ya?" I asked. To my surprise, he let me know the fix was free. "It's a service we offer to our customers free of charge", he said.
It was at that very moment when my day completely turned around. I went from being a grumpy, grouchy ball of anger to feeling incredibly great in a matter of seconds. I wanted to let you know how the great service, and great team, you have in place at this dealership affected me. It just goes to show that even the smallest things in this world can have a huge return. Your team was the ONLY thing that went right that day. And it was so right, that it was enough to make me forget about everything that happened up until that point.
THANK YOU for offering such great service. Please recognize the folks who worked on my 2008 GTI that day, because they deserve to know how much their efforts are appreciated and valued. After this interaction, I'm confident to say... you have a customer for life.Best Regards,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my most sincere thanks and gratitude to your Service Department staff for the gracious help they extended to me and my family.
My brother passed away on February 19th. I live in Divide, about 2 hours from Denver where he lived. On the evening on Feb 22nd, I had picked up my sister and brother-in-law at the airport and we spent the day with my niece and nephew, sorting through paperwork and making a plan for cleaning out his home. As we began our drive home to Divide, we were entering C-470 from Alameda Ave. As we turned onto the on ramp, a gust of wind took out all of the windows on the passenger side of our brand new 2012 Jetta.
A truck towed the car to Larry H Miller Volkswagen in Lakewood as the Service Center was closing. Mike offered to bring the car into a bay to get it out of the weather. Learning of our situation stranded without a ride far from home, Mike also made arrangements to get us a ride to a hotel. Being unfamiliar with the area, Carlos showed great patience in getting us to an appropriate location.
On Thursday, Ben made arrangements for us to have a loaner car. This was truly a godsend as we worked on funeral arrangements and clearing out a home with a lifetime of memories. Ben patiently held onto our car, out of the weather, until our insurance company sent an adjustor and he could get the glass ordered. When the glass order was unexpectedly late, Ben was sure to advise me of the time frame and for me to get back to Denver and pick up our car.

"Great Customer Service"
Hi Chad, not sure if I met you today, but I have a great experience to tell you about as I'm sure you've heard before, with JP. WOW, what great customer service. How does he do it all?
JP picks up on everything I say and certainly makes sure not to forget anything even though I did, as I was a bit overwhelmed with the test drive. As his colleagues will tell you he did a "requested drive by" for me so I could see the SOUL in action when I wasn't driving it. Too funny, but so great! JP complimented me on my Avalanche when I pulled in and I responded "oh it's filthy" he immediately had is washed. What's up with that? How thoughtful!! It's the little things that make all the difference in the world when just purchasing a car, but putting himself out there is amazing. He adapted to me and my comments, knew everything about the SOUL and personally took pictures of it to send to me at my request. Had a ton of fun on the test drive, although I told him I was sold the minute he presented it to me. Windows down, hatchback open, radio rockin the ride" all the rest. JP is personally bringing my new ride to Georgetown to me on Monday (hope that's okay) and that is truly amazing!
I have never had that done or offer to when I was buying a vehicle before. Thanks again, I just can't say enough about JP he's truly the BEST!!! You are lucky to have him on your team.
P.S. He almost got me to purchase a new tourague? oh no.......

"Relaxing and Fun Car"
We LOVE the Jetta TDI. It is probably one of the most fun cars I have ever driven and the gas mileage is amazing. The road trip we took to Minnesota was relaxing and fun. We actually drove more per day than we usually do because we were not as fatigued in the car. We also sent a friend over to you who was interested in a TDI. They really liked driving in the car. Thanks again.

"GREAT CAR"
I had been checking the current prices and may have clicked a wrong box. My Soul is doing FANTASTIC,we have so far gotten over 24 thousand miles on it with zero problems. I'm getting 39 mpg running 80 mph and around 24 here in the city. I have no intention at this time to even think of getting rid of my Soul! I LOVE this car and when I'm the first Soul to hit a million miles, I'd be happy to do a commercial for ya!! Thanks tho, for getting back to me, I'm here if you need an extra good word for the poor Souls as yet un-owned. hee hee
